For mines, manufacturers, plants & industrial site visits

Every word heard — over the machinery, across the plant floor.

Wireless communication systems that carry a clear voice through plant noise, so investor groups, dealer delegations and safety inductions hear every instruction — first time, from anywhere on the floor.

Clear communication in noisy industrial environments, from visitor tours and safety briefings to two-way team communication.
The scene

An investor delegation moves through a working plant. The machinery never pauses, the group is thirty strong and spread along a gantry, and the guide is shouting themselves hoarse — while half the group nods along to words they never actually heard. On a mine site visit, the safety briefing that everyone has to hear is the first thing the noise takes away.

The challenge

  • Relentless noise. Machinery, compressors and conveyors bury a raised voice — and shouting doesn't scale to a moving group.

  • Safety can't be optional. Briefings, hazard calls and emergency instructions must reach every person, clearly, the first time.

  • Big groups, big spaces. Delegations spread across levels, distances and noise zones — the guide can't be next to everyone.

  • Confidentiality matters. Investor days, dealer tours and new-process walkthroughs shouldn't carry any further than the group on the tour.

  • PPE comes first. Whatever you use has to work alongside mandatory hearing protection and site safety gear.

How WSS solves it

  • Audio that cuts through the plant. Digital wireless carries a clear, steady voice over machinery noise, so every delegate hears the guide without leaning in.

  • Safety heard by everyone. Briefings and alerts go straight to each earpiece — no one misses the instruction that keeps them safe.

  • Scales across the whole site. Long range and large group capacity keep a moving delegation together across levels and noise zones.

  • Two-way when you need it. Talk-back systems let delegates ask questions from wherever they're standing — no huddling around the guide on a live floor.

  • Confidential by design. A closed group channel keeps a sensitive briefing with the delegates holding receivers, not the floor around them.
