Your equipment is fully charged, configured and ready to use when dispatched from WSS.
4. Use & return
Use the equipment for your event and return it to WSS afterwards. For multi-day rentals, simply recharge the units in the supplied charging/carry case before use the following day.

Fully charged before dispatch
Your rental equipment is fully charged before leaving WSS and supplied ready for use.
Multi-day rentals
For rentals lasting more than one day, the transmitter and receivers must be recharged before use the following day.
Simple charging
Place the units into the supplied charging/carry case. A red light indicates that the unit is charging. When the light turns green, the unit is fully charged and ready to use.
Refundable holding deposit
A refundable holding deposit is payable on all rental equipment. Once the equipment has been returned to WSS and checked to be in good order, the holding deposit will be refunded.
If any equipment is lost or damaged during the rental period, the applicable replacement or repair cost will be deducted from the holding deposit and the remaining balance refunded.

How pricing works
Rent for the period you need, from a single day to an extended rental. Pricing is calculated according to the equipment required and the number of rental days — the same method applies whether the rental is one day, two weeks or longer.
