Ask anybody using headphones and/or microphones – be it to watch TV, listen to your hi-fi, keep yourself motivated by listening to your iPod in the gym, speak at a conference, lecturing at a training centre or tertiary institution, preaching in church, or singing on stage – what their biggest fear is. Their answer would most probably be that there may be cables involved turning what should be a pleasant and successful activity or event into a potential nightmare of tripping over cables; the cable pulling your earphones from your head while you are walking around talking or singing; being limited in your movement on stage or in between your audience; or battling to listen to your iPod while training in the gym or, if you are a gym instructor, jumping around while communicating with your class.
